Custom Big-Block C10! This '72 Chevy pickup is an original shortbox truck, originally fitted with a 402 big block. Now, power comes from a 468-ci V8 that has been dyno'd at almost 500 horsepower to the wheels. Modifications include custom expanded rear wheel wells to fit larger Draglite aluminum wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires. That big block V8 has been beefed up with Edelbrock aluminum heads, a comp cam, hydraulic rollers, MSD ignition, and FiTech Power-Adder fuel injection. Mated to the motor is a built Turbo 400 automatic, which delivers torque to the Moser axles in the front and rear. The back end boasts 3.73 rear gears with 6-inch drop spindles and upgraded trailing arms. Dual FiTech pumps have been added to the Boyd aluminum under-bed fuel tank to increase flow, and while a 100-300 shot Nitrous tank is fitted, it has never been hooked up or used. Inside the cabin you'll find custom seats, an aftermarket radio, upgraded Focal speakers, digital gauges, and more. No expense spared on this build, and it shows!
